Reorder or Extend License

Reordering

If you are an existing customer and your license key has expired, you can re-order at any time. Simply purchase the product you require and your license key will be re-activated and extended as we process your order.

Extending a Current License

You can extend your license key at any time – you do not need to wait for it to expire.

To extend your license, simply purchase the product you require and your license key will be extended automatically as we process your order. Your new license duration (annual licences) or balance (pay-as-you-go licences) will be added to the duration or balance remaining on your existing license.

So, if you have an annual license with 10 days remaining and purchase another annual license, your license key will then be updated to expire in 365 + 10 = 375 days.

Alternately, if you have a pay-as-you-go license with 25 page extraction credits remaining and purchase a license allowing you to import a further 100 pages, your license will be updated with a new balance of 125.
