Account Dashboard
To access your Account Dashboard, use the login link in the top menu bar of the website.
If you have not yet logged in, please provide your email address and your password.

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your Account Dashboard, which shows a welcome message (1) and provides a menu of options (2).
The options presented may vary depending on the product(s) you have purchased but may include:
These options are explained below:
Account Details
Used to manage your name, email address and password.
Orders
Shows a list of all of the orders you have placed with us. Each order may be individually viewed. Your most recent order will also include details of your license key and a link to download our software.
Downloads
Shows a complete list of all downloads made available to you. For older orders, the download link will point to the version of the software available at that time.
Addresses
Used to manage your billing address.
Payment Methods
Used to hold details of any payment methods you have chosen to store. Note that we do not store full details of your credit card.
License Key
This will show details of your license key and it’s expiry date/time.
Community Forum
This will take you to a forum used by our customers to discuss the product. It is only available to customers.
Customer Support
If you have purchased a product which includes Customer Support, and your license has not yet expired, this will allow you to raise support tickets and view previously submitted tickets.
Logout
This will present a message asking you to confirm that you wish to logout. After confirming this message you will be logged out of the Account Management dashboard. Note that if you do not confirm the logout, closing your browser may not log you out of our website for some time.
