Login Issues

Login issues typically fall into one of the following categories:

• You have forgotten your password
• You have forgotten the email address with which you registered
• Other issues

Forgotten Password

Click the “Lost your password” link on the login screen and you will be invited to enter your email address. An email will then be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

Forgotten Email Address

If you cannot remember your email address, you may be able to login using your username. This is the name generated for you when your account was set up and is the name by which you are greeted upon accessing the Account Management Dashboard.
